Chrome Exhaust Tips/Should I?

Trying to keep things under control here. Not easy. Seem to want every accessory for my 2001 Z3 that I bought 1 month ago. Keep coming back to the chrome exhaust tips. Are they worth the $60.00? Do they really finish off the look? This is crazy. Want my BMW to look good but don't want to look like I'm trying too hard. Promised my spouse I would not order anything else for the Z3. Yeah Right.

I put them on my 2002 Z3 Roadster 2.5 in 2002. I've never regretted it.
They still look brand new.
I get compliments almost every week from passersby - STILL.

Go for it.

I would buy a Magnaflow or another brand performance muffler. They have polished tips on them. Magnaflow isn't that expensive. If you keep the resonator it will only be a little louder. It will sound good and look good. $60 is a lot for just tips when you could get a muffler with them for not much more.

A Magnaflow will also be louder. May be just what you want, or may be a deal breaker.

Chrome exhaust tips were the first thing that I added to my Z3. I purchased OEM from BavAuto. They really dress up the rear and I am always surprised why more owners don't have them.

I thought about doing the same thing, but undecided which ones to get. Which chrome tips did you purchase?
