Driver Brake Lights Not Working

Ok so I'm posting for my brothers 1997 328is. So he had told me he was having trouble with his tail light and I was like yeah I'll take a look, made an awesome find of a unearthly amount of corrosion on his positive batter terminal and some of his bulb holder were a bit rusty. So now the weird part it's like that driver side isn't registering when it's braking, I say this because the reverse and turn singles work and then when you turn the headlights on two of the brake lighs turn on, but don't change when the brakes are applied. How can I figure this issue out??

Try cleaning it or replace it, but sounds like your seals are done.

The contacts where the bulbs plug in. The contacts where the wiring harness connects to the taillight housing. The bulbs themselves.

Check the brake light sockets. They might be burned out and look specifically on the edges because it's usually just a tiny burn. I had this same issue, but it's all good now
