Heat the ever loving crap out of the bolts and the area around them before you try to break them loose. Use paint stripper to remove any remaining clear coat. 1000 grit wet sand to address any blemishes, then 2000 grit wet sand for initial polish, then Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish until they shine like a mirror.

Just depends how much corrosion there is and how many dings you have to smooth out. If you have some heavy dings you can work on just that spot with coarser grit and then work up from there to get them polished. If any of the bolts don't break free with medium force, don't try to crank hard on them, apply more heat. You DO NOT want to snap any of those titanium bolts. They are a nightmare to get out.

Got it, I don't think I have much corrosion but we'll see. Luckily I have a few nicks and I'll be careful with the bolts.

Lowered my car and plastidipped wheels in Photoshop today. This was only my second or third time using Photoshop and it's pretty neat.
