Patience, cardboard and a 32mm open-end wrench. Hold the fan against the water pump hub and slowly turn the clutch nut with the wrench until it engages the thread, then spin it on until it bottoms. Put the wrench back on it, whack it with a hammer to finish tightening it and you're done.. Remember, it's left-hand thread.
