Does the iPhone Siri works on 2014 X3 through bluetooth?

Thanks.

Works on my 2010 535i no problem. I'm using an IPhone 5.

As the above posters have stated, you hold down the little "voice" button on the steering wheel. However, for a F25, you must have tech package, and the vehicle has to have been produced July 2013 or later. If you have a 2014 model but built earlier than 7/13 a software update is required by the dealer. If you have a 2013 or earlier F25, I believe you have the CIC computer and siri eyes free is not available for that computer; you need the NBT computer.

Edit: You might not need the whole tech package, but just certain options, however I dont know which individual bits net you what you are seeking.

Has anyone with pre-July 2013 production 2014 X3s been able to get a software update that enables Siri Eyes Free?

But it's equally as sh1te as when you use Siri normally, if not a little worse due to road noise. Fine if you want to set a timer for 4 minutes for an egg, but next to useless for any real application. Google voice search is far better (IMHO).

How can you get the dealer to upgrade?
