After dead battery, NAV system doesn't turn on

I accidentially left my lights on and killed my battery on Saturday night. After having my battery jumped, everything worked fine except for the Navigation system AND the radio/tape/CD turn off every 8 minutes.

I checked the fuses in the front and the back and there are no blown fuses for the Nav system or on board computer.

Has anyone seen this?

The service department told me to wait a few days and that it should charge, but it has been 3 days and it hasn't come up again.

They (of course) want me to bring it in, but I'm hoping that there is some reset button or something to do to get it back on.
