Unhappy 328xi Wheel rubbing noise

Hey guys, recently my 328xi started making a scratchy rubbing noise that goes faster as i accelerate. I don't know what it could be. Here's a video of someones 1 series that has the same thing my car also makes a popping noise when its in drive and i turn the wheel all the way both ways but doesn't do it in park so I don't know if it could be related.

Maybe wheel bearing.

Check for debris in the caliper and rotor/dust shield.

bad tires ? I too thought I had a wheel bearing gone. It ended up being the silly run flat tires.
