Thrust Rod Busings 2008 BMW 335I

Hi does anyone know where to get a good deal on bushings? Do the M3 ones fit? Does anyone know how to install them therselves? Thanks

getbmwparts.com for OEM. Are you just replacing the bushings or the entire Arm?

If you don't have a press, it's easier to just replace the entire arm.

Make sure to preload the suspension before torquing things down
