X3 navi

Hey everyone!! I'm new here and didnt even recieve my x3 yet. Its still on its way. But my question is i didnt get the factory navi. I wanted to get the eclipse avn 2454 the double din touch screen navi/dvd. Can I use the factory navi location on the dash? do I have to replace the whole dash or is it just the center part that holds the navi? and if i cant use that system does anyone have a AM head unit or screen installed already.
