clicking noise while turning hard left and accelerating (or not)

'91 M5, Dinan suspension, under 110k miles.

few years ago, would only happen when I have a full tank and only when I turn hard and accelerate at the same time. This summer, I noticed the clicking noise is louder and easier to make it happen, and dont even have to be in gear if I just coast, and make a hard left turn.

Interestingly, right turn doesn't do it. I'm pretty sure it's coming from the back.

It sounded like a bad CV joint, but the boots are fine, no tears, and m '94 525 with more than double the mile doesn't have this issue, so I kinda am thinking it's not the CV joint - maybe wheel bearing?

Any experience or diagnosis for this?

Thanks!!!

Well the back end is fixed and that type of noise is tie rod replace along with thrust arms and clicking will be gone.
