Exclamation help with eaceuroparts EAC EURO PARTS

They have been talked about a few times on this forum and others.
I placed an order Thursday night. Used over night shipping.

No shipment Friday... No problem
No shipment today... No problem

Let me call and ask if all is ok with my order.

Well no phone number is listed on the site.
I googled and seen them listed on BBB used that number and know one picks up.
I called 4 times.

I used the contact forum on the site.
I emailed googled listed emails.

Now I feel like this was the wrong company to do business with.

Has anyone had issues with them good or bad?

Hey man, I had basically the same experience as you when I ordered brake pads and rotors from them in January. I was right on the verge of calling American Express to cancel the payment when a package finally arrived about a week later, it was the brake pads, the next day the rotors came. The pads were shipped from a different vendor, not EAC. I believe the case was the same with the rotors.
So the good news is you should eventually get what you ordered.
I know I won't order from them again (although I am happy with my brakes, I was not at all pleased by their complete lack of customer service) and I would venture to guess you probably wont either!!

I bought some suspension parts from them a few months ago. No problems. Right parts delivered on-time.

The unfortunate part is that he paid for overnight shipping and didn't receive his parts the following day.

Well that should be addressed--but at the same time--got to add , of all the spots on the web I have done biz with over the last 10 years--they are #1 when it comes to BMW's. Before this hit the forum, I think that this should have been talked over with Jarred, I have purchased thousands of dollars of parts from the guys and they came in on time and were quality parts.

Thanks for all the input, but not being able to speak to someone was a concern. I got jareds email.. only after finding it on the web not the site its self.
he emailed me and said I didn't pay.

I explained to him the site gave me a confirmation PO number and a payed date.
My bank was not withdrawn, but that does not mean it wont be latter on.
I also logged in to the site and see my order waiting for a tracking number.

Jared told me to just place the order again and I will get a new PO.

I said forget it at that point... I ordered from ECSTuning and it shipped the same day.

I am sure it was a site glitch as I was never actually charged, but the hassle to speak to someone when I have an issue is the huge turn off.

help with eaceuroparts EAC EURO PARTS

I ordered a part from them a month ago, standard ground shipping was 10 bucks, next day air was 20 so that's what I went with. Places the order Thursday evening after business hours, received Monday morning. Also there was zero tracking info on their website.

Ordered last Friday morning, early, the 11th. Ebay ad says that they ship every weekday, 24 hour turnaround. Estimated delivery by standard shipping estimated on or before the 17th. On the evening of the 16th, hasn't even left HIS state, Ohio. Now, delivery estimate is listed on ebay as the 22nd. According to USPS tracking, the package wasn't even accepted until the 16th at 11:30am.

When you order from him, I hope that you're not in any kind of hurry. It's obvious that he's not. He shouldn't be promising anything called 'Fast Shipping' and he shouldn't be promising to put something in the mail within 24 hours when it's actually more like 5 days before he gets around to it.

It's not fair to other customers for me to NOT give negative feedback. When you're dealing with auto parts, you never know what someone's situation is. You could be causing them to miss out on work, appointments, obligations. A potential customer/victim deserves to get an idea of what they're in for. Just sayin'.

Another thing, along the same lines... When you order from companies that use USPS/FedEx joint venture 'SmartPost', you'll get this kind of delivery time, but ALL THE POST OFFICE and FEDEX's FAULT! The USPS and FedEx have equipment that can't read each other's labels. http://consumerist.com/2012/11/21/in...s-so-terrible/ I've heard horror stories of packages going back and forth several times before being delivered weeks later! Avoid SmartPost at all costs!!!
