What is that a pic of? I don't think that's the opening for the angel eyes.. Should be the inner cover, there's no "small" size.. Search eBay for Angel eyes and there's many colors to choose from.

Theres no opening, coz theres no angel eyes, but they have the rings.

Ive had headlights out and checked back, side, bottom and top

First picture shows 2 small circles near bottom right, angel eye beginning and end of ring.

Second picture shows another beginning and end of ring, but diff ring.
Two rings per headlight.

Ok I looked it up on Realoem.com, seems like you're missing the fixture for the angel eyes. Those two little openings should have a another glass tube connected to the fixture that holds the Angel Eye bulbs. as seen below. Number #4 is the actual bulb used for the AE.

I don't see the mounting fixture for the bulb separated from the headlight housing, so you may have to replace the headlight.

search for angel eyes, somewhere a long time ago I read where some members opened up their headlights and added an aftermarket angel eye kit. It was pretty involved but might be less expensive to do than replacing the entire headlight.

So is it possible on Euro models the angel eyes are an option (well in your case no option)?

I just bought 8 small leds (red ones) for my angel eyes, 2 per eye.
I'll be modding mine tomorrow.

Is it too much to ask to do some tutorial of when you open the headlight and the whole process in general?

So you're planning on having red lights at the front of your car....

Good luck with the police and the MOT station
