Exclamation Where to keep your CA FOB

I'm very disappointed that forum posters are not taking this issue seriously!

I'm surprised no one is hanging their key around their gold neck chain. Isn't anyone here from the '80s?

Kerry I gave a sarcastic remark earlier , but I drove today and actually paid attention to where I put my fob when I have on shorts or a speedo with Drinks in the cup holder . I put them in the compartment just below your lights , I attached a pic . If this doesn't work you may have to keep it in a ziplock baggy in your pocket .

Only when I'm forced to go to the dealer for Svc , speedo and key fob in a ziplock is a must .

Do you get out and tell them, "Don't put the paper on the seats... I want you to savor my musk"???

I tried that, but it bumps into the giant dollar sign I have on the necklace!

I'm back from a week long vacation. I'm surprised this thread is still going. It just goes to show that no matter how intelligent BMW engineers are, they sometimes miss the important things.

Where to put Comfort Access key while driving

Maybe we should start a petition for BMW to integrate a fingerprint scanner into the door handles and start button, then the convo can change from "where to keep my key" to "the ethics of driving with speedos"

Lightbulb! What if they had specific undergarments that included key fob storage. Not only will you not replace your keys easily, and have a secure storage location, but it should also lower vehicle theft rates.

I'm not even going to touch speedos with Roundel symbols.

That won't work. I've seen in movies how you sprinkle talcum powder on scanners, cover it, press, and it opens the door.
