Are these seats rare?

Just traded for my dream car wondering if the seats that came with it are rare
1997 m3 sedan 3.2l manual cold air intake with heat shield m50 manifold intake and dinan software

They are found in M3 coupes except those that were specced with the luxury package.

There m3 sport seats I know that I'm just wondering about the "m power" stitching I've never seen it before

Looks like its the Rare E36 "Tijuana Edition"

See? it even has the clear couch cover style bottom cushion.
