That's not true. The cold air blows out through the seats. If you put a tissue on the seat, you'll see it blows up, and isn't sucked into the seat as some have incorrectly stated in other posts.

There is an air vent on the floor right under the seat, so it's not hot "under seat" warm air blowing through the seat if your AC is on, it's pretty freshly cooled air.
