X6 F16 (2015 - Current)
The all new 2015 BMW X6 is the second generation luxury cross over. BMW referes to the X6 as a Sports Activity Coupe (SAC) as it combines the attributes of an SUV (high ground clearance, xDrive and all-weather ability) with the stance, styling and roof line shape of a coupe. The F16 BMW X6 is build side by side with the F15 X5 at BMW's BMW's Spartanburg, SC plant. Read all about the second generation BMW X6 here!

X6 or x5

Help friends! Coming from RR Sport , my wife like the x6 , always has, I like the x5. Tell me how the 6 is with 3 adult women in back seat. Obviously you like the styling, but it does take some getting use too. Also looking at the new Jag f pace, but the interior looks like a 28 k car! Awful, plastic and cheap ass leather. Help me decide guys!!! Thanks! Sorry, does the high rear give any issues on unloading stuff from the hatch my wife is only 5 foot two , favorite car we ever had was FX 35 Infiniti so she likes being edgey. Hahah

No issues with unloading, the rear isn't any higher than the X5 when hatch is open. Can't comment on 3 rear seat passenger as I never have rear seat passenger

Good luck.

The rear seat on my x6 is tight with three people in it. I recently added a font-facing car seat behind the front passenger seat. When I put two people back there, plus the car seat, it's even tighter. I wouldn't recommend three people in the back for a long drive.

My wife loves her X6, she also came from an FX35. She too likes the "crossover" look vs the SUV.
No regrets, she has no problems loading or unloading the rear.
We have have only carried one booster seat and adult in the rear.
Like someone said, it could be done with three adults in the back, but it wouldn't be comfortable, as the center persons wouldn't have any legroom - with the rear console there in the middle.
