I see there is an option for making the angel eyes brighter. Is there also something where they turn down the brightness of the actual headlights for the US and you can make those brighter as well?

What's the difference between actual and corrected speed?

Is there an option to make your seat move back when you turn turn the car off and move forward when you turn it on? I've read about that elsewhere.

The AAs are at max brightness when the Headlights are off.

To answer your question Yes they can be set not to "dim" when the Headlights are on. I think the max brightness is "65" in the coding software.

You can also increase the seat heat. Anti-Dazzle lights is a longer process and I'll have that done in my next session.

Also for some reason the light bars in the tail lights aren't on (in DRL mode) by default. We "fixed" that as well.

Bimmer America did 3 of my cars - did a great job. Worth it for anti-dazzle alone.

The 2017's with iDrive5 aren't able to have DVD-in-motion coded at this time. Have you figured out a work-around?

Not a coding option, but flaps can be opened permanently via fuse pull (in the trunk) or disconnect the exhaust control plugs. Both are easy DIY, 5 minutes top.

Not entirely sure. You can always plug them back in before your service.

After 2 months I grew tired of the open flap sound, and plugged them back. Now if I want to hear it, I just hit the M buttons.

Hi guys, I am getting ready to take a few days off for the holidays. I am sure many of you are too. Can I still get this order in to have it recoded sometime between Christmas and New Years?

You can use an OBD adapter and the BimmerLink app. You can open or close flaps manually using your phone.
