Opinions on a realistic price for this M4 config

First off, I'm new here, so hello! I've been an American made V8 guy since I could drive so I am way out of my element here, but I just love the M4 and it's time for an automotive refresh.

I'm hoping I can get some opinions from you all on what I might be able to expect as a bottom line price for this setup. I certainly don't plan on paying MSRP.

I'm in the Charlotte area so there is no shortage of dealers.

Invoice + 1000 to invoice + 1500 roughly I would imagine... but if you are planning on ordering soon you might pay more because they are about to switch to 2018s with a gap in production I believe.

What he said ^ I was able to snatch MY17 ZCP M3 1000 over invoice. It helps if you can find a vehicle that's already at a dealer stock, ordering is an option but I don't think they will move too much with price. Also 2017's orders are over with I believe correct me if I'm wrong.

M4s have no gap in production, 2018 begins March. M3s have a gap with EOP this month and 2018 starts in July(?)

Mine was loaded (minus ceramic brakes) with a sticker that was pocket change shy of $80,000.00 I got 7% off sticker, which is pretty close to most of the best discounts heard of on here. Sure, there are probably a few better deals, but most consider 7% discount a good deal.
