Hi Vern,
You're correct, its a BMW forum and not a rental agency. Im the owner of the building and some of my best tenants have come through the forum. Its an opportunity for me to rent out one of my units to a forum member who might be looking for a place to live.

and you assume BMW drivers and or members of this fourm make good tenants?

Did I say that? I don't only take into consideration that they're a BMW owner. If the credit scores are good and they make decent money then why not? It saves them the inconvenience of having to pay an agent/real estate office a brokers fee as well.

Lets get this thread back on topic. Its late and I don't see why I should have to explain myself to members who aren't searching for an apartment.
