Drive moderately and park brake fault in the rain

Second time it happens in the rain. I'll be driving and I'll make a sharp turn and the drive moderately with the triangle symbol pops up. I'll pull over shut the car. Put the key back in and I'll get the park brake error. Pull the key out then put it back in and car starts back up with no issue. Can anyone shed light on this

The only thing that relates the two systems are really traction control, do you get the light for traction to come on in the rain when this happens? Also have you ever had the windshield replaced? If yes, water could be leaking on a module during hard turns and cause the error.

I bought the car with a windshield that I believe to be non oem as it does not have the "pelkington" logo on it or the
BMW logo.

Have you heard of this causing issues?
