That car looks to be loaded... How many miles are on it?... Without that info it's hard to tell.. If you are leasing I would start around 80k or less for the Cap cost.... 2012 is almost over and the 2012's depreciation would e accelerated due to the power bump in the 2013's

Looks like a 2013 to me with the exec. and shadowline on the M Sport (seems unlikely that they'd special order the shadowline on a car sent to dealer stock).

If a 2012, then they better go waay below invoice. For a 2013, I'd still shoot for a couple grand below (after all incentives) given the rough nature of test car miles.

It also has the majestic soft close doors that 2012ers did not get...:cry::cry:

I am not sure you want to touch a demo unless you are in one of the town that has only one BMW dealer.

If you are willing to go to a forum dealer, you are most likely able to get deal tha is about $750 - $1000 over invoice for a 2013 equivalence. And 3 years lease of 6 series has a residual of about 56%ish.. So each year, according to BMW the depreciation is about 15% a year. So if you were to get a 2012 at this point, the fair price is invoice + 1000 - 15% of the MSRP. But you won't get this price since dealer are going to loss their a**. Basically you are going to pay through your nose when you sell this car sometime down the road as compare to get a 2013. But if you are in a town where a new 6 series go close to MSRP, then close to 2012 invoice may be a deal.
