Hi guys
so I see the $7500 build out credit extended to 4/30. So begged these questions to be asked since I have an M4 order, but getting a bit uneasy about a fresh new 1st year model. I had been entertaining a 640i and this deal might make it work. Here are my questions to you:
ED Invoice+500, then the 7500 build out cash which would mean I can get it for cap cost of about 63000.
Here is my question:
- to get the 7500, does the car have to be delivered to me by 4/30 or paid and start the lease process by then
- my current lease is till end of June. Is there any program at BMW for early return
- from the date of order, how soon can the ED be scheduled (2 weeks out?)
The car does not have to be delivered by Apr 30. Once you submit a credit app or an order, you can lock in rates and incentives for the month of April. For the East Coast you can lock it in for 60 days (90 days for West Coast).
I think BMW does wave your last few payments if you jump into another lease.
The earliest it can be done is 4 weeks or 30 days out. I have done it with about 5-6 weeks before. Some said that 4 weeks is about the minimum. So if you order in the next few days you can pick it up around mid-May. Depending on how long you're going to drive it in Europe, it takes about 6-8 weeks between the time you drop it off before it is redelivered to you. You could have your car by the end of June if you make a move now.
PS- someone here mentioned the 6 series so I looked into it as well. With ED it's not that much more than say a 5 series. However, it depends on what you're looking for in a car. If you were looking into an M4, going to a 6 series might disappoint you. Keep in mind that it is a bigger car and it wasn't meant to be as sporty.
Wrong. Build out cash is not lockable!!!! You will need to take delivery of the car by the end of this month unless the Build out cash will be extended through the next month.
The build out cash applies to 2014 models which are no longer being produced. No way to order now and use the incentive toward a ED. If you ordered a 6 Series today, it would be a 2015 model.
I just got a feedback from a CA, that the period it will be valid is May 31, and need to complete the lease procedures by then to take advantage of the 4/30 $7500 build out. I am going for an ED in end of May (I have to be in Germany/Switzerland for work) so the deal for a $81125 US MSRP comes to $665+ tax for 0 down, MSD and 3yr/10k lease. Really it is ED Invoice + $500.
As soon as I release myself from the M4 order, I have to pull the trigger on this.... almost $20k off the US MSRP.
Does anyone know if the 640i comes from dealer allocation or are they allocation free for ED?
