E46 Convertible - Seat belt flapping

I bought a 2001 m3 convertible a couple of months ago and just realized that when I drive with the top down, the seat belts in the back seat flap around making a really annoying sound.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas how to reduce the flapping? I tried double sided tape.. but that didn't seem to work.

Thanks!

1. If your car has clips (it should) and the belts are loose, then slide them under the clips. This photo shows the clips but the belts are not under them:

2. Try buckling each belt.

3. Get a wind deflector; it covers the back seat area and generally makes the cabin much less windy:

4. Don't drive with the top down!

There are two inserts on the seat, the seat belts fit perfectly snug in those slots
