Removing Center Display/Nav screen from an i3?

Greetings All,

Any idea on how to remove the center screen (idrive/nav) from the i3? (I want to replace the current 6.5" screen with a 10.9")

I can feel three "circles" that I would guess to be screw plugs/covers under the screen. However before trying to pry them off - I wanted to double check. If these are indeed plugs/covers - what is the best way to remove them? Also, any idea what type of screw heads are underneath?

Thanks in advance!
