Wanted to share this YouTube video. As I am thinking about doing this to my i3.

Has anyone upgraded their i3 speakers? They are sooo anemic.

I think the Harman Kardon Speakers are really good exept the deep bass. I did add 2 amplifiers from Auditec Fischer with the director and a subwoofer with 2 * 10 inch chassis from MB Quard out of the 80`s and it sounds with every musik really nice and powerfull.

I did cut all Cables from the original AMP and added the AMP from Audiotec-Fischer. This was a pain but it works. I did make my own adapters so I can switch back the original AMP for Software Updates in the car.

Here is a new Calbe Adapter http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=971297
what makes it much easyer.

How bad is the standard audio compared to the HK. Usually I always go with a preferred audio package in my BMWs but the particular i3 I'm considering is completely loaded but no HK.
