Most all of the tire manufacturers cut the treadlife warranty in HALF if you are running staggered setup! I did not realize that til recently. Michelin came out with some new All Season Pilot Sport A/S 3 N-Spec for the Panamera. They also match our 20" staggered factory setup - non run flat. They have EXCELLENT treadwear rating and 500 AA A. I think I'm going to do these next if I decided not to replace with the same conti's RFT I have now. It comes up as a replacement tire for the 2016 BMW X5 M Sport with 20" setup on tirerack.com. Pricing seems VERY reasonable. Some of these runflat replacement tires can be upwards of $500+ per tire - hell to the NO on that nonsense!!
I have 20" DWS06 on our 7 series, staggered. Wonderful tires.

Interesting. While staggered on your 7 series setup, I don't think you are running 275/40R20's in the front and 315/35R20s in the rear. The rear tires were the most problematic when dealing with the DWS06. Seems about 50/50 mixed on all the reviews on here I have read and elsewhere. People either seem to love them or hate them. I hated them - worst tires I EVER owned on 35+ luxury vehicles, hands down! The ONLY thing I liked about them is how they showed the wear pattern with the "S" disappearing first, then the "W", then the "D" - that was cool, though only the S and W disappeared on mine before I traded it in on my 16 F15. Glad to hear they work well for you.
