Headlight inquiry

Hi folks;

Looking to compliment my E39 M5 with a 2014 CPO X5 and I believe I found it however, I have a question regarding lights:

The ad states: "Lighting Package (Automatic High Beams and LED Adaptive Headlights)"

Here are the some of the related 'light codes' from the VIN:
*******>********>*******>********>
S502
Headlight cleaning system
S508Park Distance Control (PDC)
S552ADAPTIVER LED-SCHEINWERFER
S563Light package

I assume that this is 'not' the $1,900 LED lighting package, correct?
What would I gain with that package? Do I 'really' require it? I understand that the answer is generally 'of course' ....

Vics the 552 is the $1900 adaptive LED headlights. if you see a horizontal line across the eye/headlight (a total of 4 lines on 4 eyes) that's the LED headlights/package.

You don't need it but it is a nice option since the base already comes HID. LED is overpriced when buying new and adds almost zero to resale. Lucky you to find one in a used model.

I have the LED headlight package on my 2015 and it's great. It doesn't do all the beam steering that the European cars do, but the lighting is excellent and the auto-dim feature really works.

+1^^^^
.....and I DO have the euro anti-dazzle enabled. Very easy coding change that is a very nice improvement, works well when we travel. Expensive, yes. Worth it, yes, I'm glad I added the package, would do it again!
