Coding/tuning

I'd like to tune my 99 323i to eu3 or eu4. Anyways some history, the problem...

Bought some programs and cable. Bought a cheap laptop from Walmart to be my garage only computer. Nothing fancy. But it has windows 10. To run the baby he scantool and ncsexpert it's been fine. No issues. The cable is ported properly. So I got the e46 and I'm trying to flash the DME ( I think that's the proper words to use) but the winkfp program I have refuse to load. (See screenshot) so all in all. INPA refuse to stay in English. I've gone through the files and made sure it says to be in English but after the first screen it switches back to German which is quite frustrating. Also, I have yet to find an even remotely close DIY for the eu2 or eu4 flash. Any help on the 3 issues

-Winkfp download that will work with windows 10. Or help making the copy I have work
-keep INPA in English
-diy for the flash once I have winkfp installed.

Thanks a million if you can figure this all out.

Nevermind. Figured it out. Ran the program as compatibility mode for win7 or winxp and problem solved. Thanks for the help! -_-

I was going to say you may need to run it in compatibility more. I keep an old toughbook running XP just for my carsoft.

I'm a Mac user. I didn't even think to run in comparability mode. I also don't ever really do anything that in depth with computers. . I got the cheap windows laptop just for the garage. Coding etc.

Off subject FYI.
You can get Parallels to run Windows on your mac. It's great.
