Mein Auto: BMW 328d xDrive 2.0
ZF 8HP. Car jerks on acceleration (esp. uphill or when car is heavy loaded)

BMW 328d xDrive (2.0 litres, 2014). Transmission is ZF 8HP.

We bought the car half of year ago (mileage was 60 000 km), and noticed clear jerks few times per day during acceleration. It feels like a bump on the road (even when road is smooth).

Usually it is 1 jerk during acceleration. The probability of a jerk is higher when I press accelerator-pedal stronger or when going uphill.

Two weeks ago we had our car heavy loaded for the first time: 2 adults, 1 child, and ~200 kg of other stuff in the car. And it was terrible: the car felt like kettlebell - slow and heavy. But what was mostly noticeable is that car had 3-5 jerks during each acceleration! It felt like one more acceleration - and the car will break.

Now the car is empty and it returned to few jerks per day.

Where should I investigate? There is no transmission-related or engine-related errors in diagnostics.

P.S. I worry that previous car owner is streetracer and did something to the car. For example, my parents have similar car, and their engine torque never goes higher than 360 Nm. But my torque is easily goes above 400 Nm.
