Bent Alloy M Double-Spoke Wheels

Two pro shops say they cannot straighten this wheel, 'cos it's a two-piece wheel. Can anyone find me a shop that will fix it?

Thanks,

Geoff in south Jersey

I had this one repaired at a local wheel shop (perhaps the only one around here) a few months ago.

Moral of this story:
Check your tire pressure frequently....36 psi front, 38 rear....

These wheels are nice... The only thing I wish I had ordered and would change if I could rewind to March 2002 when I ordered my car.

Hope you find a place to get them repaired.

The biggest problem with having one wheel repaired is, they`re gonna have to paint it, and chances are it won`t look like the other 3 wheels....

Try these guys: http://www.rimpro.com/mobi.html. They repaired an aftermarket rim that two local places said could not be repaired. Even with shipping it was worth it because my wheels (Bremmerkraft, Tire Rack house brand I think) were discontinued, so I was looking at a completely new set. Very pleased. Sent some pics, the guy said he thought it was repairable, but could not guarantee it. But I decided to risk the cost of shipping and it paid off.
