Repeated FSU failures in 08 328I
I am experiencing repeated FSU failures in my 08 328i convertible. I am on my fourth final stage blower regulator unit. The wiring gets cooked at the spade terminals and then the heater fan will not turn on. I have spliced new wires in with proper spade connectors and the fan runs normally for a while, then fan ceases to function. Very frustrating. Can anyone help?

OK will do but his is an E46 problem as I'm sure you're aware-why post an E46 problem to an E90 forum?
