Found Greg on the site after my last CA quit working for BMW.
Picked up a X1 35i on a 335i lease swap out last weekend. Communications was all via email, super responsive, found the car I wanted and everything was already done before I got to the dealership, was in and out in under 40 minutes. This is the way car shopping should be. Will be back when my lease is up. Thanks Greg.

I ordered my 2013 M3 from Greg at Pacific BMW. He worked miracles and it was a nice smooth experience. For those who don’t know, this is the last year of the last naturally aspirated V8 M3, everything from here on out will be turbocharged. That means the car is in huge demand, so it’s hard to get a “good” deal. Not only that but finding a dealer that would arrange European Delivery was even more difficult because BMW changed some rules that caused ED of an M3 to count against dealers allotments.

Greg not only gave me a great deal, but he was able to convince his management to move forward with ED. The best part? No drama! Greg was always clear and upfront with me. He answered question quickly, even after hours and the weekend.

So a great deal, no drama, and a dream car on a fantastic adventure in Europe; couldn’t be better, and Greg enabled it all. Funny part of the whole thing? I still haven’t met him in person! He is in Glendale, and I am in Seattle. The wonders of the Internet
