The part number is 71111093774. Or try searching for wheel hanger.

You can also make one from a 12mm x 1.5 bolt. That's an unusual size, so I cut the head off a used flywheel bolt, slotted the end, and ground off most of the threads. .

What's sad is...the newer the BMW...the less tools you get in the toolkit.

The 1st two images below are the tools in my 1995 e34 Touring (has the larger 17mm-19mm spanner (wrench) as well as the 2 smaller ones that came with the e39). The "Z" winder (sunroof tool) on the e34 Touring was actually attached to the back of the sunroof access panel....you can see it in the pic below in my DIY pic of installing the EC rearview mirror:

Here's the e39 Touring's toolkit (image courtesy of "Tomdownunder" from bimmerforums)...I coulda swore I had a pic of my 99 540iT's toolkit...but can't seem to find it. BTW, the 16mm spark plug socket and the small 10mm socket is not listed with the Tourings toolkit (but are listed with the sedans)...yet there is definitely a place for them in the toolkit.

Left: spark plug tool/screwdriver/wheel pin Center: "Z" winder/pliers/10mm socket Right: 8-10 & 12-13 spanners (wrenches)

I can see the need for the Z-winder, and for the wheel alignment pin in an emergency; and the 4 sizes of open-end wrench - and - I guess - you 'could' need a spark plug socket in an emergency - and - again - I guess the 10mm socket is for the battery terminal bolts.

But, why not sockets of all bolt sizes?

Decades ago...BMW did provide more tools...but again, those days are long gone. My 06 e53 only has a small bag with 4 tools in it (2 spanners, the Z tool, and the screwdriver)...I swiped the wheel pin from the Touring since the X5 doesn't come with one, and as most owners don't ever use the wheel pin...I kept it. And used it when I had to remove the rear wheels to install the BMW mud flaps then remount them.

The BMW spark plug tool (wrench) has one nice feature which works well when reinserting your new plugs...it holds onto the spark plug which allows you to insert it down the well straight which goes a long way in getting the threads lined up as not to screw the spark plug in crooked.

Check out the e28 5 series tool kit below...versus the e39s...versus the new 5 series which only has about 3 tools...a screwdriver, a tow hook, and the emergency unlock tool used to manually unlock the electronic brake/park if you need to move the car and the battery is dead.

(E28 tool kit)

F10 tool kit - only has 3 tools (screwdriver/towing hook/emergency unlock tool {#8})

This is useful information to add to the spark plug DIY thread:

Your hotlink failed. Bummer.
Did you mean to post this E28 tool kit picture (one with red, the other with green handles)?

Thanks Bluebee...it's not the exact image I tried to link...but close enough...the image on the right with the green handles is similar to the e28 tool kit I tried to post. I'm not sure if BMW used the green handles...those may be replacements by owners.
