Wash your car.
The scratch looks to be on the paint, not in it?
If so you can polish it without keeping any visible damage.
A color containing ( white) polish/wax would do the trick.
If it not on the paint, but scratched the paint, there are guys around that can match and airbrush it for about $100. Any used car dealer should be able to point you to one.
what did the touch up paint cost?...do they have Carbon Black?...they no longer sell touch up paint in California and I hit a high curb in the right front bumper that I just need to touch up.
