Looking at 2014 535d or 535i, M Sport, passive suspension only. Not really up to speed with all the dialogue on these cars but i have a question.

Has anyone done a thorough writeup of the subjective changes between 2013 and 2014? I'm referring specifically to steering, road feel, handling, etc. Also would appreciate input on the diesel motor. Does it feel responsive to pedal inputs.

I currently drive an E60.

Thank you.

Coming from an E60, the only one you want to consider is an MSport with the passive MSport suspension. I know that's what you wrote above but it really is the only one that will compare.

Got that point loud and clear. Never would have considered an F10 until a drove a 704-equiped 535i at the drive event in June. Still a heavy car but the suspension seemed nicely sorted out.

Someone here wrote about driving both the 2013 and 2014 back to back. Would like to find that link.
