Is There Any Way To Update Our Bluetooth Version?

As the title says. Newer devices are using newer Bluetooth firmware. Can our cars be updated if so how?
My new phone paired like a champ and is much more responsive like making or ending a call from the slide out dash phone. Occasional buzzing sound though when on a call? Very random...

It's all good. I'll post what they say.
So far, none. I love it! Made me completely forget about the iPhone. Only thing I don't like is android will run processes that I never started. So I have to kill them often. How do you like yours?

Your post prompted me to ask this question.. keep in mind I'm still new to this car.

Is there a bluetooth option/device that will allow me to pair my phone (iPhone) to make handsfree calls and to use the keypad integrated in the dash and the mic mounted above?

In the center console I still have the BMW cell (flip) phone mounted in there.

Absolutely! In my previous 745, I purchased the BTUM that slides in where the Moto phone goes and paired my phone and used the slide out phone and car mics!
In my current 750, it simply pairs up and works like a champ! FYI, I have paired MANY different phones!

I didn't note the E65. Sometimes I think I am in F10 section on iPad Bimmerfest app. Sorry.
