Does anyone know what the lowest, bare lowest lease you can negotiate with a dealer for a mercedes cls550, (base package). No more than 10k a month, no more than 39 month lease. And a bmw 550, or 335i lease price. Thank you

The MB Finance rates are normally posted at www.mbworld.org in the leasing and financing section. Here are the April rates (no May rates posted yet).

2008 Mercedes CLS550 Sedan
24 Month - Residual 64% of MSRP - .00200 Base Rate
36 Month - Residual 54% of MSRP - .00135 Base Rate
48 Month - Residual 47% of MSRP - .00135 Base Rate
60 Month - Residual 42% of MSRP - .00320 Base Rate

Looks like the money factor is pretty cheap

The base rates - they won't go any lower.
