About a month ago I had ABS and DSC warnings when I was on a road trip down one of the 75 mph freeways out here. I took it to the dealership and they said the only codes they saw were low voltage so they put a new battery in. I drove it about 2500 miles since then but never on one of these long high speed stretches. Yesterday on the way to San Diego I had the same problem. Whenever I stop and turn the car off everything is fine. Then when I drive over 80 for a couple of miles the alerts go off again. I am thinking it is an ABS sensor that is dirty. I doubt that it is bad bad because it works fine at all other speeds.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this and how do I clean these sensors?

Maybe one of the ABS wheel sensors or it’s connection is going bad? Do you have TPMS or does your 330 have FTM? If a sensor was going, I would think you might see some erroneous alarms regarding tire pressure as well.

But no codes were thrown (other than for the low voltage, which I doubt would cause an ABS/DSC code).
To the OP, I would try a high speed run again to see if the warnings repeat after the battery replacement. If they do, the car needs to go back to the dealer. ABS/DSC malfunctions are a safety issue. Worst case, the DSC starts trying to correct a virtual spin which turns into a real spin.
One more thought - are you using the high speed tire pressure setting? The computer may be sensitive enough to detect the difference. If so, that would be a first.
The car has ftm and yes the alert screen says that ftm and dsc are deactivated and to drive moderately. The warnings are lit in yellow which according to roadside assistance means I can drive it which seems strange .
The alerts came on again after the new battery. As long as I stay under 80 for prolongled periods the system works fine. I will clean the sensors and if that does not work it will go to a new dealer. I have had two issues with my current dealer so I don't want to take a chance on a safety issue of them getting it wrong yet again.

Not strange - the power braking system is fully functional and safe to drive with, you just lose ABS/DSC/FTM functions. Not ideal, but not unsafe either. The systems are fault-tolerant so they will not create an unsafe driving environment. You just have to adjust your expectations to not have the electronic enhancements available. Like in the old days.

That couldn't happen... if it did that means 1) DSC is horribly designed and is not fault-tolerant and 2) NHTSA would probably order a recall of every BMW built with that version of DSC.

You are correct the tech was clearly lazy in this case and just went for what seemed easy rather than listening to what I was telling him which was that the alerts go off when I drive at high speeds for several miles but when I stop and turn the car off then everything is fine until I go high speed again. If it was low voltage that was the problem then it would alert all the time if in fact low voltage could even be a cause of the problem. As I stated a little earlier I will be taking it to a different dealer for now on because I have now had two issues that points to this dealership being a sloppy and lacking attention to detail.
True about the fault tolerance jwac. Our cars run a bunch of ABS system tests every time the car is started, and often during driving. Any anomalous input to the ABS computer shuts down the whole system. Like airbag systems, ABS systems are as close to foolproof as is possible. But not foolproof. There are still some things which 'trick' wheel sensors and result in unintended (not needed) low speed ABS activation. Example; early wheel sensor/tone ring failure is read by the computer as low wheel speed (a skid!) which triggers the ABS to compensate. They are still working on perfection.
