Do them bumpers bro!! Go once with some Meguiars Ultimate compound, then wax. They will shine once again. It is just oxidation from my view, the right of my front bumper had it, and i knew the fix. Takes some effort, but it will go away, use microfiber, or terry cloth.
Best investment is a cheap buffer, paid 25$ 4years ago for the one they have at advance, and it still works great. With some extra terry and microfiber covers(12$).

Also, whose Fiat in the background(Cherokee)?
Just bought a real cherokee last Thursday I'm building for a rig now, coming along nicely; 500$ with a trans issue, that i cannot reproduce, and other issues that are already fixed(like a seized ac compressor was actually low on refrigerant).

Sounds great! thought I needed to clear coat them again.
Have the buffer and microfiber towels. Just need the compound.
Appreciate it. And that's my mom's friend's Cherokee.

As long as it is not chipping like your hood was, that will work, here is a demo too, make sure to use plenty water with it, very important. Minor clear coat chips are okay, just not too bad.

I used Meguiars Ultimate Compound on the car and made no difference on the webbingn Used a buffer, no difference. Swirls all over. Followed with polish, still no difference with swirls.

Ultimate compound does not remove swirls, what it does is "sand" the paint down(thus using the water), it removes the wax and oxidation, and smooths out the paint. But you MUST apply new wax to it to protect the paint that is now uncovered.

Swirls can be very hard to remove, i still have many on my car, but not as noticeable as before.

Washed with dish soap, compounded, polished and waxed. It was definately a deeper black.
