With my current X1-35i order, I have found the BMWUSA website and the 800# tracking information to be so far behind as to be useless. The webite by 5-7 days and the 800# by 3-4 days. I don't know why these two cannot mirror the information available to the CA's which seems to be quite accurate. It defeats the purpose of have such services if they are unreliable. I hate to keep bugging the CA to get the accurate info.
