Winter/Summer Shoes Speedometer Question?

Thinking about getting a set of 214s for summer use and keeping my stock 18s for winter duty.

Looks like overall diameter will be off slightly 28.66/.68 for the 20s and 29.04 for the 18s.

My CTS-V summer winter combo is actually different by .65 and I know the summer speedo is about 3-4 mph fast and just correct for it.

Does anyone have their speedo programmed when they swap out the winter/summer tires or they just manually compensate? I guess I'm curious if the programming is different from the factory too, it may be small enough that its figured into the margin of error???

I have 336's(20's) for summer and 211's(255/19's) for my winters and the radar on one of our streets shows the std 2-3 mph for both sets. 27-28 mph on the speedo is 25 on radar summer and winter. I get the same results on my 550. No programming done just straight swap
