Clearmask paint protector

I got my 2013 X3 in October (this is my first post), and plan to take it skiing this winter. To protect the front from winter road conditions, I was thinking of adding the Clearmask product to the front, installing it myself. However, according to their website, they don't yet offer their product pre-cut for the 2013 X3, but they do have it for the 2012 X3. What are the chances that if I order it for the 2012, it will fit my 2013? Does anybody know if the bumper, grill, etc has changed?

2011, 12 & 13 models are all identical on the outside and nothing has changed on the exterior. 2014 brings the model refresh so there will be some changes then. You would just need to match up whether you have M-sport or not since it changes the front and rear bumper.

Did you consider a paint coating application like Optiguard/Opticoat? I just had mine done after reading many positive reviews about it. It is essentially permanent and you don't have a piece of plastic covering your car...

The manuals that come with the car are a bit confusing. It's hard to distinguish what is pertinent to any particular Model,. It's all trial and error.
