nice and clean engine bay cuz! i was thinking of degunking and blasting my engine bay but im not sure if it will damage anything...i do it all the time to my s10 and civic, but this is my first bmw and i dont know how if these cars can handle a degunking?
I wouldn't spray any heavy duty degreaser under the hood nor even use low pressure water spray. I just wipe things down with damp rag and spray interior detaling spray on the plastic under the hood.
Four years I've been using Super Clean on my engine and using a spray nozzle on my hose to rinse it off without any adverse affects. If something goes wrong due to the way I clean, I'll post it so no one else does it. Till then, I'll keep doing what I'm doing but you have to decide for yourself.
They are reps made by Exclusive Alloy in 19". I believe they are no longer available from that manufacturer. I bought them used from a member on E90Post.com
