How to remove rear PDC sensors?

I have a 2004 X3 with PDC and a rear sensor is wonky (I think it has been affected by water or condensation - it was setting off the rear beeper intermittently and now it is just failing all the time).

Does anyone know how to pop out the sensors from the bumper so I can check which one is faulty?

Thanks!

They pull out from the back, so the bumper would have to come off

Was there a lot of stuff to remove and was it necessary to tear the whole bumper down? Have the TIS on another computer.

The rear bumper is actually quite easy to remove and takes less than 40 minutes to remove if going slow. Google x3 hitch install xoutpost.

They have an excellent write up with pictures.

Thanks a lot, did not find the right keywords myself. http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x3/...h-2006-x3.html This was *very* detailed and just what I was looking for.
