hey guys... so I heard doing the m50 swap on an s52 motor will lose torque? is it not worth doing? I'm also putting the dinan BBTB on it with a 3.5 HFM and a 3.5 dinan intake. my rev limit is still at 6500 so idk if I should even do all those things. FYI I got all those parts free except for m50 manifold.

The M50 manifold losses power below about 4000 RPM, increases it above 4000.

When we put a Turner Stage 4 kit on our M Roadster (S52) we kept the stock manifold since the car is street driven only.

For a track car, I would put the M50 manifold on.

if I do the m50 swap do I have to get a chip to make it go to 7k rpm?
if I do what's the best chip to put on it I know there's quit a few of them out there

Better tires, driving schools, and using the ASC when on the street.

I race and teach HP driving at local tracks. I leave ASC/DSC ON, when on the street. OFF at the track.
