Pretty confident it is the MK3. Pulled it out of the above 323 at a you pull it here in Tampa. Cost was $25. Hope it works, but if not I can return it with in 30 days. Pray for me. BTW, thanks for the info Drose.

Installed the mk3 and it works. Only problem is it is version 10 and I need 22. Been online all day trying to download the software. Not good at this part. What is the cost to have the dealer update?

Can't access GPS Nav area

Hello again,
Need help still on the upgrade.
I down loaded the v22.1 software and a KeyCD.
I used NCH Express Burn Disc Burning software to burn the image files on to a CD.
Was unable to download at any speed slower than 8x.
Installed v22.1 disc and then turned car on.
The nav ejected the disc and would no longer reload it.
The GPS Navigation label on the screen went black and could no longer be accessed.
I don't know if the nav is bad or the disc cause the problem.
I disconnected the battery and then reconnected. Turned the car on and the GPS nav screen could be accessed, but went into wait mode and eventually went black again.
What are my options at this point?
Still cannot get the disc to load.
Thanks for what ever.

Want to add that I can access the nav menu, but not the GPS navigation of the menu.

Not sure that you're aware of this...but the MK 3 has specific shut down instructions that if NOT followed...can kill the MK 3 when disconnecting electrical power:

Thank you for the info. I was not aware. Checked and system still works. Turned car on and everything worked. Afraid to stick disc in. Will do some more research on burner software.
