Stereo and possible electrical problem solved!
For almost a year now my radio would make a popping noise on startup from one of the rear speakers. There are also times when the car suddenly loses electrical power out of nowhere. Not until the other day I decided to fade the radio to the rear that I realized the rear right speaker does not work. I thought i was a blown speaker but when I plug that speaker to the left rear wires it works. So i traced the wire and found this:
The wire was frayed and was sandwich in between the rear shock tower bolt. This must have happened when I installed new shocks a while back and I wasnt careful setting the speaker wire aside.

So that fixed the stereo problem, but it won't have anything to do with the car losing all power.
Have you checked to make sure that the battery cables at the battery and at the car body are tight?

Thanks..Yeah the batt terminals are tight. I will have to check the ground connections later.
