Current deals
Hey everyone,
I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a 650i GC . What kind of deal should I be pushing for? I'm lookin at a car almost fully loaded stickering around $110,000. I have read on the 650i coupe forum to walk away unless offered at least 10% off MSRP. Does that also apply to the GC? My local dearler has this car in stock and will not have to go looking for a dealer trade. I will be doing a 36 month lease with 12k miles/year. What money factor/monthly number is a good deal with no money down? Going to push the best deal tomorrow and if everything goes well hopefully be driving a new car this weekend By the way I currently drive an 05 E55 and after driving the 650i GC am blown away by the engine on the 650 but more importantly blown away by the interior......LEAPS AND BOUND above the E55 and also much better than my fathers 13 CLS550. Thanks |

Check www.bmwconfig.com for estimate of invoice prices. Edmunds is also good resource. Usually, it is invoice price + $1,000 for the lease calculation. I am not sure about current residuals but bmwconfig.com should have them. Good luck!

I just received an email from a local dealer (Rockville) offering owner loyalty discounts and savings on leases of $1000 to $5000.

Thanks for info.
What do you guys think of this deal MSRP: $110,945 Cap rate: $100,000 MF: 00081 Residual: 56% Monthy: $1288 including taxes 36 month lease with 12k miles a year He is also quoting $2700 for the wheel and tire insurance. That seems really high for 36 month lease. |

Very high for the wheel and tire package it should be around $1,200 for the tire package...

Sorry that was a typo. Wheel and tire insurance for $1799. Either way according to BVF that still seems high! Has anyone had any luck trying to negotiate this down?

These cars aren't moving, they lowered the money factor, raised the residual and kept the $3,500 dealer incentive in Feb. Don't know how your getting a below buy rate money factor unless your doing it w/ multiple security deposits.

With the new money factor of .00090, with 7 MSD, you should be getting a money factor of
.00041 (.00090 - (7*.00007)), unless something has changed? |
