Greetings my fellow members, I guess the car god(dess) really pitty my current ride and has finally delivered the following ride to me....2003 745 Li, black/beige, Logic 7, Luxury seating, convenience, rear sunshade, active cruise control and 19".
I only have about 1 week of time to learn about E66 and decide, hence my stupid question on if I can roll front 19" rim on the rear of the car....lol. thanks Seven11 and Imola for the kick in the butt. never had staggered set up before and truely worried about the spare issue for my 55mile daily commute. I am familiar with German cars' upkeep cost as I had an B5 A4 and then a B6 S4 from 2000-2007. But i also know German cars deliver much more as well.
My current ride is a 07 Toyota camry V6, not a bad car so I will keep it as my "snow day" car. Don't ask me how i switched to a camry after driving audis for 7 yrs. The car god(dess) was going to send me an E60 530i but somehow it didn't happen and instead, I got this one and it was a relatively easier decision compare to the E60. I have a weak spot for V8.
The delivery will take place mid of May and I will get the car tinted right away...can't believe it hasn't been done yet. and will post photos then. Glad to be back to German car family and especially a V8 BMW.
if u wanna roll on the spare for the duration of that 55mls in case u get a flat, then i dont see a problem, the car was designed to roll on the full size spare for pretty much as long as u want, but it would reduce traction and handling because of the narrower tires
so i wouldnt drive on a spare for a long time... in fact i wouldnt even roll on 19's with proper sized tires... after the 21's

A 2007 Camry to a 2003 745Li? Hmmm... hardly an upgrade.
Although the styling and drive in the Camry is bland and boring, it nevertheless has nearly a perfect record in reliability with zero problems. The 745Li on the other hand, is a complete opposite. You're in for a few surprises.
I would suggest that you spend a few grand and shop for a good warranty. If you don't need it today, you'll need it soon.
lol...surprises, maybe indeed there will be few. but I never said it's an upgrade though. They each have their strength. that's why i plan to keep the Camry. But like many here already knew, Camry is really just an appliance; it doesn't stir your soul/desire. And I am one of those who have certain "desires" that an appliance won't provide. It's not too much different from women; some of them are higher maintenance than others but may provide something extra in return. You call who gets to be the wife. Too bad you can have only one wife at a time, at least legally. But with cars, multiple is not a crime....
