There is a rock chip on the front windshield that was difficult to fix completely. I've gone to numerous rock chip professionals to minimize the appearance of the damage. It has been sealed, but the appearance of the rock chip is still present. Please see attached images. You cannot see the rock chip from the inside. If requested, I will have the windshield replaced from the most reputable shop in Seattle once there is buyer in place.

Monthly Lease Payment: 612.16 + tax (My total in Seattle is 672.15)

Security Deposit: 4900 (You will receive this amount back at lease return, in a form of a check from BMW) I'm providing an incentive to cover the entire security deposit!

BMW Lease Transfer Fee: 500 (I will cover the transfer fee)

Buyer's Responsibility:
612.16/month + tax
Security Deposit minus $4900= $0!

I'm looking for a quick turn around, with all the incentives I'm offering!

I'm confused. Are you saying that you are giving up the $4900 to whoever assumes your lease? In other words, the potential buyer could take over your lease with 0 money down and then get the $4900 from BMWFS at the end of the lease?

Wow awesome deal. If you weren't so far I would strongly consider it. Biggest issue (other than distance) is there's only ~700 miles/month remaining. Do you know if we can increase this before lease end?

@omaralt

Part of the reason I'm covering the entire $4900 security deposit is because of the excess mileage I've put on the car. You can purchase extra miles at $0.16/mile if you purchase BEFORE hitting 6 months left of the lease contract, and $0.20/mile afterwards.
